SHIPPING

All jewellery is made-to-order, because of this please allow 3-6 weeks for your item to be made and dispatched. I use Royal Mail to send off all jewellery. Please see below for delivery options:

 Royal Mail Signed For First Class - 1 Day Delivery Aim

This is a signed for delivery service, so please make sure someone is home to sign for your delivery. You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website. 

 

 Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day Delivery Aim

This is a next day delivery guaranteed delivery service. Please make sure someone is home to sign for your delivery. You'll receive and email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

 

 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - 14 Days Delivery Aim

All international orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service. The delivery aim is 14 days but please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive. You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Please note: International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. These costs are not covered by This Story, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Costs vary between countries, I recommend contacting your local customs office to find out how much these charges will be before placing an order.  


RETURNS

All pieces are made-to-order just for you, so please be mindful of this before ordering. If you are not happy with your new piece, you are able to refund it or exchange it for something else, alternatively you can choose a gift card of the same value, within 14 days of receiving your piece of jewellery. All jewellery must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging before an exchange can be given. It will be the customers responsibility to safely ship back items using a tracked service. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be exchanged. 

All bespoke, commissioned jewellery is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. I will always draw up designs for you to approve and will show you progress pictures along the way so that you can make any changes as we go.

Imperfection is something that I admire and find beauty in, so my jewellery is never 'perfect' and sometimes you might be lucky enough to find a makers mark. However, if there is a genuine fault with your jewellery please get in contact so that I can arrange a replacement for you.

RING SIZING

Before placing an order please make sure you have the correct ring size. Each ring is made-to-order for you and because of this reason I do not hold stock of alternative sizes for an exchange of size. Ring sizers can be purchased for £1.50 here. Alternatively please get in contact so that I can help you find your size prior. A resize will cost £10, which includes postage back to you. If you need this service please follow this link
