RETURNS

All pieces on the website are made-to-order and are non-refundable. However, you are able to exchange it for something else or offer a gift card within 30 days of receiving your piece of jewellery. All pieces must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging before an exchange can be given. Shipping costs back to me will be at your own cost.

All commissioned jewellery is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This is due to the fact that the piece has been entirely made for you. I will always draw up designs for you to approve and will show you progress pictures along the way so that you can make any changes as we go. I'm 100% sure you will be happy with your final piece of custom jewellery.

Imperfection is something that I admire and find beauty in, so my jewellery is never 'perfect' and sometimes you might be lucky enough to find a makers mark. However, if there is a genuine fault with your jewellery please get in contact so that I can arrange a replacement for you.

Please get in contact through the contact page if you have any queries about refunds or exchanges.
